  • Refunds are allowed only if:

    • No technician has been dispatched or no visit has been attempted.

    • The cancellation request meets the stated criteria and is received in time.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If service has already started or a technician is en route

  • If the issue does not meet our cancellation/refund terms

3. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 bank working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
